The Company in the context of the organization of the business – and taking into account its face and reputation – establishes this Policy.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

The objectives of the Policy are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • the full satisfaction of customer requirements,<\/li>\n
  • the provision of the best quality services at a competitive cost, making the best possible use of human resources, materials and equipment<\/li>\n
  • the compliance of the services provided in terms of legislative and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
  • the continuous improvement of customer service<\/li>\n
  • the continuous improvement of the applied Unified Management System<\/li>\n
  • the communication of the Management’s commitment to the interested parties and its staff for the implementation of the current Unified Management System<\/li>\n
  • the allocation of resources in logistical equipment, know-how and staff training<\/li>\n
  • meeting the needs and requirements of customers and stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • ensuring the proper monitoring and utilization of information<\/li>\n
  • ensuring the necessary measures are taken to protect the data being processed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Company\u2019s administration declares its commitment to the realization of these goals by implementing procedures that include actions and controls that prevent the existence of dissatisfied customers, continuous control and overview of requirements and the level of services provided, selection of appropriate personnel and definition of responsibilities.<\/p>\n
