  • meeting the needs and requirements of customers and stakeholders
  • ensuring the proper monitoring and utilization of information
  • ensuring the necessary measures are taken to protect the data being processed

The Company’s administration declares its commitment to the realization of these goals by implementing procedures that include actions and controls that prevent the existence of dissatisfied customers, continuous control and overview of requirements and the level of services provided, selection of appropriate personnel and definition of responsibilities.
