Replacing fragmented records with a unified data synchronization. We designed and calibrated every step of the production process, using products from the Element ecosystem.
Prior to Element, the Museum lacked a single online platform capable of managing multiple and diverse ticket types and visitor categories (e.g., general admission, reduced, student, group, special events) in combination with document issuance. The lack of connection with the commercial-accounting application hindered correct invoicing per category, while the planning of exhibitions and events in buildings and halls was done without a centralized electronic calendar.
“Multiple ticket and visitor categories, without a single system to connect them with invoicing and venue planning.”
We implemented an online electronic ticketing platform (eTicketing) supporting numerous different ticket types and customer categories, with a direct connection to the Museum’s commercial-accounting application for automatic and correct invoicing per category. A management system for eTicketing was added, along with the extraction of online sales reports per ticket type.
We developed a cloud venue and hall management platform – an electronic calendar for recording exhibition and event schedules on an annual and daily basis, giving the Museum a complete picture and control of its spaces.
We also took over the technical support and upgrade of the website, including custom adjustments, basic SEO optimization, and regular Google Analytics metrics reporting.
